Switzerland Shipping:
For rugs; Since we produce each product directly when the client purchases the item, the shipping time may vary from product to product. Generally, the shipping time ranges is between 1 week and 2 weeks for Switzerland shipping. However, in some cases, additional days may be required to complete the production process.
Other products; will be shipped in 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods and Fees: We offer free shipping to our customers all around Switzerland.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Europe Shipping: We ship to Europe!
For rugs only; Since we produce each product directly when the client purchases the item, the shipping time may vary from product to product. Generally, the shipping time ranges is between 2 weeks and 3 weeks for Europe shipping. However, in some cases, additional days may be required to complete the production process.
Other products;
Europe shipping: 3-5 business days
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address before the product is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the product has been shipped.
Delivery Issues: If your product is damaged during shipping or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your product as quickly as possible.
Please note that due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
